In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing the jili87 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered on jili87, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the jili87 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jili87 Platform and, if you have an Account, contact support to arrange its closure.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English language version shall prevail. jili87 may provide Terms in Filipino for informational convenience, but the English version remains the authoritative legal instrument governing the relationship between you and jili87.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the jili87 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and is not subject to any exception or waiver.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is illegal or restricted under applicable local law.
• You do not currently hold another active Account on the jili87 Platform, whether registered under your own name or under any other identity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or immediate family member of jili87 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from the jili87 Platform whether through self-exclusion, operator-initiated suspension, or regulatory direction.
• You are acting in a personal capacity for recreational entertainment purposes and are not using the Platform in connection with any commercial gambling, money laundering, or other unlawful scheme.

jili87 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility conditions are found not to be satisfied. Misrepresentation of eligibility at registration may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the Account.

To access real-money gaming features on jili87, you must complete the Account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information reasonably requested during registration.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account on the jili87 Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts — whether simultaneously or at different times — is strictly prohibited. jili87 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts linked to the same individual are identified, jili87 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate and up to date. Where a change to your registered details occurs — including a change of mobile number, email address, or physical address — you must update your Account information promptly through the account settings interface. jili87 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including but not limited to inability to complete account recovery or receive withdrawal transfers.

4.3 Account Activation

Account registration grants you access to the jili87 Platform for deposit and gameplay purposes. Withdrawal functionality is activated following successful completion of KYC identity verification as described in Section 10 of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jili87 Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

jili87 customer support will never ask you to provide your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jili87 support immediately.

jili87 recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account and use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform. jili87 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

All financial transactions on the jili87 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The Platform accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits at the time of deposit:

• GCash and PayMaya (Maya) e-wallets
• Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and PNB
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards
• USDT and other accepted cryptocurrency options
• 7-Eleven Cliqq and other over-the-counter payment partners where available

6.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on jili87 is ₱100 per transaction. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the time of deposit initiation.

6.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation of the e-wallet transaction. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt and confirmation by jili87's payment processing partner, which may take up to three (3) business days depending on the originating bank and transfer method.

6.3 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. jili87 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, from third-party accounts, or from sources associated with proceeds of illegal activity. jili87 reserves the right to return deposits and suspend Accounts where the source of funds appears inconsistent with responsible gaming or raises anti-money laundering concerns.

6.4 Currency

Deposits made in currencies other than Philippine Peso will be converted to PHP at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. jili87 shall not be liable for any exchange rate fluctuations affecting the peso value of such deposits.

Players may request withdrawal of eligible funds from their jili87 Account wallet subject to the following conditions and procedures.

7.1 KYC Requirement

KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal request will be processed. See Section 10 for full KYC requirements. Withdrawals requested prior to KYC completion will be held pending until verification is finalized.

7.2 Withdrawal Methods & Processing Times

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Standard processing timelines are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: 15–30 minutes under standard review conditions
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–3 business days
• USDT Cryptocurrency: 10–30 minutes network confirmation time

Processing times stated above are indicative under normal operating conditions. jili87 reserves the right to conduct additional review for withdrawal requests exceeding standard thresholds, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

7.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed and the amount will remain in your Account wallet until the minimum threshold is reached.

7.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

jili87 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests or to request additional documentation where transactions trigger anti-money laundering review thresholds under applicable Philippine regulations. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Real-money winnings derived from play conducted using Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

jili87 offers various promotional bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentive programs to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general terms and to the specific terms disclosed for each individual promotion.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds awarded by jili87 are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier, eligible game categories, contribution rates, and time limits will be displayed at the time the promotion is offered. It is your responsibility to review and understand the specific requirements before accepting a bonus.

8.2 One Bonus Per Promotion

A Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Claiming the same promotion multiple times — whether through the same Account, multiple Accounts, or in collusion with another Player — constitutes abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.

8.3 jili87 Right to Modify Promotions

jili87 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated after a Player has commenced satisfying wagering requirements, jili87 will use reasonable efforts to honor the partial progress accrued up to the point of termination, subject to the Platform's discretion and these Terms.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

jili87 employs monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-variance betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, and collusive play for bonus cycling purposes. Where bonus abuse is determined, jili87 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings and to suspend or permanently close the relevant Account.

All gameplay on the jili87 Platform must be conducted honestly, in good faith, and in compliance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, misrepresenting your identity, age, or eligibility at any stage of Account use.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in any game to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit the system in a manner not consistent with legitimate play.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated software to play games, place bets, or interact with the Platform in a manner not facilitated through its standard interface.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or display errors to accumulate funds or game advantages not legitimately earned. Any funds accumulated through exploitation of a known or obvious error must be returned.
• Money Laundering: Using the jili87 Platform in any manner designed to conceal, layer, or integrate proceeds of illegal activity. jili87 cooperates fully with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) requirements and will report suspicious transactions as required by law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider for deposits made to jili87. All chargeback disputes will be vigorously contested and may result in Account suspension pending resolution.

Game titles, studio names, and game content displayed on jili87 are the intellectual property of their respective game providers and studios including JILI Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Fa Chai, Habanero, CQ9, and others. Their appearance on the jili87 Platform is pursuant to licensing arrangements between jili87 and those providers.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, jili87 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the jili87 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming sessions or potential winnings due to Platform unavailability, technical errors, or interruptions beyond jili87's reasonable control
• Loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security
• Errors in game display, balance display, or win/loss calculation arising from client-side rendering issues on your device
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking systems, or telecommunications infrastructure
• Financial losses arising from your decision to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform

jili87's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Section limits jili87's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

jili87 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed participation in Prohibited Activities as defined in Section 9
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements under Section 3
• Direction by a Philippine regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive calendar months without any login or financial transaction
• At the Player's own request for account closure

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held at the time of suspension will be preserved during the investigation period and, if the Account is subsequently determined to be in good standing, returned to the Player. Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, jili87 reserves the right to void and forfeit any balance comprising Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Prohibited Activities.

Any real-money deposits confirmed as legitimately funded by the Player and not subject to chargeback, anti-money laundering hold, or forfeiture for Terms breach will be returned to the Player's original payment method following Account closure where technically possible.

jili87 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jili87 will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account and will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the jili87 Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure before the effective date of the amended Terms where possible.

jili87 recommends that all Players review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the jili87 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute through direct communication. Players are encouraged to contact jili87 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. jili87 commits to responding to formal written complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to engaging in good-faith negotiation toward a resolution.

Nothing in this Section prevents jili87 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where jili87's intellectual property, confidential information, or Platform integrity is at risk of imminent or continuing harm.
